About Me

Niamh Walsh

Over fifteen years spent working in diplomacy and international security for the OSCE and EU, I’ve learned first-hand the challenges of juggling a successful international career with multiple moves across countries.

I discovered the power of coaching six years ago when I moved into a new senior leadership role and it helped me enormously in understanding my context, my skills and areas of development. I engaged a coach again when transitioning from being abroad to moving to the UK and found that being able to set goals and identify action items helped me achieve much more quicker. I felt supported - like I had some-one in my corner as I successfully adjusted to many life changes and taking on new challenges.

My coach training is with the Coaching Academy, UK, and I recently completed the Women’s Leadership Development Programme at the University of Oxford. I also hold a BA in History & Politics and European Masters in Human Rights & Democratisation.

I’m based in Oxford, UK, working internationally.
